I have the exact bike. Decided to change oils today. Big mistake. Sheared off the leveling bolt. Tightened the big one. Loosened the little one only to break it off. Frustrated. I've changed oils in all of my cars, lawnmowers, etc., but this was very frustrating. Now I've got a nonfunctioning bike.
you dont have to but i did. radiation turns out to be very low, in the range of 0.03 microsievert/h. we stayed on the boat in the water far enough from the island. i came back and am happy to say i dont glow in the dark.
The wreck is called the RBJ or Ronald B JOhnson. the other wreck is called Cory N Cris. When these two were sunk by the Broward county artifical reef commission, they inadvertently fell on top of each other. the plan was to have them near each other.

Of course we always respect the men that were victims of the war. When you dive these wrecks you run into remains and bones, it is a chilling reminder of the reality of these wrecks. Avoiding to dive the wrecks does not enhance the respect you have for the heroes on both sides. It is in fact a sad reality that we must have wars causing tremendous destruction.
sorry about the music, (and the response delay!). if you have a better source of background music i am listening. you can always mute the sound and just watch the video.....:)
@@ddafg no offense intended, but I like watching videos like this with the natural ambiance. If there's noise from the oxygen tank, or the normal radio chatter on a submersible radio, it all works for the immersion factor. Also the editing volume of the noises can be tinkered with. If you have music, it needs to be background, instead of front and center. The video isn't bad, but there's always room to improve.

@@ddafg maybe try both ways on a video, and see which one gets more views. If your videos are monetized, you'd make more money either way, and it would help for future earnings too

So what happened to her? Was she scuttled? I must admit, as fascinating as I find these films, I'd not like to go inside a sunken ship. Too much like claustrophobia for my peace of mind.
She was sold to a consortium of casino owners and the town of Pompano Beach to be used as a dive destination. The sold price at auction was around $440k. I’ve been told that at least that amount was recovered in brass and copper at the Miami shipyard in charge of preparing her.
Unusual, given the size of the sea that two ships lie one atop the other. In the North Sea, off the north-east coast of Britain there are a number of such 'parking lot' wrecks, I understand, due to the heavy amount of shipping, bad weather and wartime activity in relatively narrow seas.
I remember the movie, The Deep being panned because of the unlikely of 2 skips sinking in the same spot yet in NJ we have a stacked beach wreck. There's also a popular lobster dive where I found a virgin wreck a 100' away. Being what Jersey viz is no one else seems to have found it.
