These classic OSTs hit harder than 95% of modern OSTs. I didn't even play resident evil until a couple years ago and that save room music still hits the same feels as nostalgic games I used to play. Each generation has a specific vibe to it and I think the ps1/n64/Saturn era made some serious advancements in music production.
