The heatwave cessation coincides with the arrival of the first flocks of White Fronted geese back from their breeding grounds up in Alaska, which is around September 15th every year. Mark the calendar.

Good morning, Mark and fellow weather watchers. As of 9:05 am at the Orchard Cottage Weather Center it's 81°.That is 3° warmer then this time yesterday. Our low was 68°. We will probably see our near 105° today. Looking forward to cooler weather. Mark have a great time being, "On the Road Again". Bill
