About the ear pads. I got replacement earpads, and they *almost* go on very nicely, but no matter how I try (I don't think I am using excessive force), the last clip or two refuse to attach. What am I doing wrong, and what should I do differently?

When i turn on my NC35 and connect to my Android device only connects for calls not for audio, it appears on gray and i need to disable and enable audio again.
Video, auf Kopfhörern? Man muss sie auf jeden Fall auch erstmal aufladen, sonst funktionieren sie wirklich nicht, aber zumindest mit AUX-Kabel sollten sie eigentlich funktionieren, ich denke wirklich dass es Ladezustand liegt, ich hatte auch erst gedacht sie funktionieren nicht, aber nach dem Laden schon.
These headphones won’t connect any more ( I have Bluetooth). and they have beeping sound in me left ear. It sounds like a blinker to a car. It says parring but then goes too power off
die wichtigsten fragen für mich, die durch das BGM überblendet wurden sind: - wie scheiße ist die firmware? - wie lange brauch es zum an & ausschalten? - wie nervig sind die sprachansagen? - sind die sprachansagen abschaltbar? (via firmwarewechsel?) - gibt es eine APP dafür? (scheinbar nicht) - kann beim laden gleichzeitig musik gehört werden?

Ich habe nichts von einer Firmware gemerkt, geht auch ohne. 2.) geht sehr schnell, Millisekunden 3.) hab noch keine gehört, kommt glaub ich wirklich nur wenn die Batterie alle wird 4.) wies gesagt sind Sprachansagen kein Problem, finde ich, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit es mit Siri zu verbinden, oder manchen Android Sprachprogrammen 5.) Nö, braucht man auch nicht wirklich, Im Handbuch sind die paar Funktioen beschrieben, so viel ist das auch nicht, keine Equalizer oder so 6.) Nein, man kann sie während des Ladens nicht benutzen, sie laden aber schnell auf, ist eig kein Problem Alles in Allem finde ich den Klang ganz gut, vor allem für diese Preisklasse, da kann man an sich ja nicht zu viel erwarten, finde ich. Das active noise canceling finde ich gar nicht mal so effektiv, es schaltet nicht wirklich die Hintergrundgeeräusche aus, es wirkt eher so als würde es nur lauter und so die Töne der Umwelt übertönen. Ich schätze, wenn einem das ANC wichtig ist, sollte man etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen, es ist schließlich das günstigste ANC-Gerät das ich finden konnte, wollte es halt ausprobieren, würde es im Nachhinein lieber in ein Teureres investiert haben. Aber für wenig Geld kann man da sonst nichts falsch machen. Peace Out!
I just bought these headphones and i press on the multifunction button but nothing happens. I charged it for 4 hours and nothing is happening there is no light. Idk what to do.
I almost returned mine because the red light never showed while charging until i noticed the red light is next to where you plug in the cord on the left ear at the bottom, not on the controls on the right ear. the directions included are really bad.
Please fully charge your headphone with USB-A to USB-C charging cable(* not * USB-C to USB-C) and a 5-10W power wall charger (don't use fast charger).,then reset it. If still doesn't work, welcome to contact us.

Mine won't turn on anymore. There are no lights when charging (even after i have left it charge for 1 hour) and when i use the audio cable with my phone the headphones only making buzzing sounds. It's just not turning on idk what to do. I didn't do anything to suddenly break it ( or the issue could be that i used another cable which also worked ?)
For the mentioned issue, you could try the following steps to resolve it. 1. Use another charging cable to charge. 2. The voltage of the charger may over 36V that would break the headphones. 3. The charging port may be broken, could you send some pictures to us? 4. Headphones will charge when connected via a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, but *not* when connected to a USB-C charger using a USB-C to USB-C cable, and please use a 5-10W power wall charger (don't use fast charger), then reset it. Please use headphone within the operating temperature range: 0°C (32 F) - 45°C(113 F) 5. You could try to solve the issue by re-setting the headphone by inserting the stereo cable into the headphone then move it out. Sometimes you may try long-pressing both volume down and volume up buttons for more than 5 seconds, to reset. If still don't work, welcome to contact srhythm service team(email: service@srhythm.com). How to charge them thou. I tried to leave them on the charge for 8 hours still on 10. I held the buttons for a minute. Idk how to do a hard reset. I just got those and they not charging at all.

i have the srhythm nc25 i love them i got them from christmas in 2023 it has a nice box and the case is cool to but it’s not really noise cancelling? can you please help me make the ANC better i would really appreciate it.
Hi. The headphones can isolate 90% of surrounding noise. (Note: NOT 100% noise cancellation. Human talking CAN NOT be eliminated and ANC is less effective in quiet environments)
@@srhythmaudio Yeah, no, the ANC is not really 90% effective, I cant hear that, it just seems to get louder and with that making sourrounding sounds less hearable, it seems to me that way, I have heard real NC and its way more than what the NC25 can do, sorry, for the realistic feedback, but they are the cheapest on the market with ANC I think, or one of them I believe, so thats an achievement? No one should expect too much. But it could of course be, that its not loud enough, but loud sounds I purposefully made, are sounding the same with ANC on or off.
