@eliotharper7296 @cloudkettle That's an absolute gem. I'm currently implementing Marketing Cloud for a client and that's exactly what I'm trying to implement. I was generally quite surprised that this isn't a standard feature, like in Pardot, but here we go - time for some custom implementation. Do you got a blog post, explaining this implementation in detail, with code examples?
Expecting more and more implementation discussion videos like this 😊. Thanks a lot Eliot to bring this video. This is really helpful 😊. Meanwhile, please suggest better blogs, channels to follow up for better SFMC content. 😊
I'm wondering, it seem to be impossible to retrieve the 'nullability' of a field with SSJS. Everything else ie: FieldType, IsPrimaryKey, MaxLength, DefaultValue can be retrieved, but not the nullability. Can this be true?
The last part about including options wouldn't be on the confirm landing page... since that wouldn't be one-click, correct? You would put the opyions on a separate preference page and drive traffic there in a separate effort. Just wanted clarity there of you could. Thanks
Yes, that's right. It's common to have two separate links in an email when using a one-click unsubscribe option: "unsubscribe" and "update preferences"
Such a great video. How can I adapt the formula to show percentage of premium won versus percentage of premium close? I.E. a conversion % based on premium volume rather than record count.
I love this Leslie! Thank you, for sharing this. This is not great just for employers but also for new employees. Employees can use this as a guide to set expectations and measure progress. It adds structure and transparency to the onboarding process.
This is an amazing video! Thank you! Well on my way to great conversion reporting. I'm one step away from what I need. How do I take what I've learned here and report (and show in a dashboard) how many leads were converted into won opportunities so that I can show MQL to Opp conversion rate?
Hi Dan thank you so much for this great video! I am now somewhat experienced with summary formulas. However, I just implemented a new field 'Type' on opportunities that has a dropdown of New Business and Existing Business. I am trying to calculate the % of new business. Is this possible in a summary formula considering I only see 'Type' on the formula fields available to use?
Hi Jennifer - Great question. As long as you have the values in your report grouped by this new Type field, then when you run the report it should show you the calculation. If you only want to see New Business in your report (hiding Existing Business), you could also add a filter to the report that only includes New Business records. I hope that helps but don't hesitate to send a note if you need additional assistance.
Good day, how can I get hold of you, i need some guidelines on how BIMI in salesforce marketing cloud is going to be like at the back end starting from implementing DMARC until we send an email on salesforce marketing cloud.

Thanks for checking out Marketing Cloud Minutes! For guidance on the SAP configuration process for your own org, we recommend the Salesforce Support pages like this one: help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.mc_es_sender_authentication_package.htm&type=5 - or reaching out to Salesforce Support directly.
Around the 26th minute he says an email fields exists on the Individual object but when I check documentation it's not there (not standard at least). Can anyone elaborate on this?
@bharatbbd When the Suppression List is applied to the Sender Profiles that the Trigger uses, in order for the Trigger to pick up the new List it has to be re-published. The system automatically re-publishes all Trigger Definitions that are associated with the Send Classification type or Sender Profiles. It's a clever hack to force the system to re-publish your Triggers.
Hello! This report got me started on what I need - but I (and my tech team at my university) still can't get this quite right. We need to show lead conversion rate by individual recruiter. Create date isn't a good way for us to track b/c our leads are created each year (and not all close as we just move the term forward instead). We have leads in the prospect stage and the goal is to convert them to what we call an account (and it's an account with an opportunity). The recruiter does not manually convert the lead either - when a lead submits an application - they are automatically converted to an account w/an opp via the backend processes.
Hi Kylee - Great to hear that you started to use this functionality within your reports. As these calculations are based on whatever is used in your Groups, if you group by the field that holds the Individual Recruiter information, that should give you the information you are looking for. I hope that helps but don't hesitat to reach out if you run into any issues!
