I don't purchase/use anything that is targeted to women. It might be my age, or the fact that I am a nerd and study words, history, people, and Scripture in context. When something leans towards emotions and feelings, I'm not really drawn to it. As I stated up from, my age may be a factor. I remember that early in my walk, I was in my 40's already. I was very hungry for God's Word and I likely felt that way because I had wasted so much time "in the world". Guidance for younger women is wonderful though so please understand that I am not knocking materials put out for women. And, these times are extremely difficult. I cannot imagine being a young mom facing all of the challenges of this age. God bless you for taking the time to share with others.
I like your idea for the purple journal. I am using Charles Stanley’s in touch devotionals (free monthly) and just writing the scripture at the top of the page, but often don’t have enough room. So that would be perfect. The calendar portion can hold my daily readings or bible study. Did you mean you got it at Sam’s club? Hear you on the sharpies. I got those a while back, the colors are way off. Great video

I have the "little blue" edition of the Bible Recap and am loving this third year of reading through the Bible. The kids' version looks really interesting, too! I print off the reading plan schedule each year - there's something satisfying about crossing off each box daily. :o)
Great! This is my third year doing the DGC plans and I’ve really enjoyed this one because it’s a chapter a day, which allows me to really dig in deeper. The scripture is not actually printed in the guides, the material in the guides is more Bible study type commentary.
@@Jesus.N.Journals Excellent. I know the She Reads Truth books have the scripture in them, not a fan of that really. I like to use my own bibles. I am doing year two of daily grace and really enjoying it. I will either do year 3 next year, or what I am hoping for is they will come out with another series. Love your videos by the way.

I bought a few of their study books and even a couple of their digital books, which are the same price. I think that these books are overpriced! It's basically the Bible readings with a few designs for $26! I'm surprised that the digital edition is not a reduced price.
I do agree that the digital books should be priced less than the physical books. I pay $20 per month for the monthly subscription. SRT is going through some changes with upgrading their books, app, and website to add additional content, and I’m noticing more content and questions in the books recently as well as more content in the app as well (which is also free with the monthly subscription). I had paused my subscription for a little while because I kind of felt the same about paying for a book that just had the scriptures in it…but I have been pleased these last 5-6 months with their books since they have started adding additional study content and questions.
@@Jesus.N.Journals Thanks for responding! I just got the latest digital version and so far it's been the same as the previous physical additions that I used to buy. However, based upon what you said or give it a couple of months and try one more time if the price is at least lower for the digital than the physical book.
I’ve been watching "what is in my tote/Bible bag" videos lately. Yours is the first one that doesn’t make my shoulders hurt thinking about toting around so much stuff. This seems such a sensible size.
I’m loving it! Roomy enough for all the things I need (and I don’t end up carrying a bunch of things I don’t need). Also love that it has handles and a shoulder strap for carrying.
Good Review of this unique Bible. I have the hard cover and really enjoy it. I like that they have the reading Plans, the Memory Verses, and include an Index of the Testimonies. I'm looking forward to viewing more of your Reviews.

Hey sunshine gurl 🌞🌞🌞... I just came across your YT and so very happy for that... Ive been watching here and there thru the day... You do an amazing job so thank you... I have a question for you if you don't mind... On these 3 books do they have larger prints??? Or bigger books with large print???... The reason I ask is i also get the subscription she reads truth and its very hard for me to read those even with glasses 🕶️ lol... I have lupus and a host of illnesses and the medicine im on for lupus can and does cause blindness so im trying to get to my eye dr asap... Iwhen fist diagnosis they didn't tell me i was supposed to get eyes checked every 5 years and now my lupus dr said its every year... Yikes... Anyways plzzzzzz plzzzzzz keep up this amazing work... You are so sweet and take the time to really explain everything... Hi! Sorry so long to reply…if you’ve seen my recent life updates video you’ll know why. These 3 books do come in a larger hardback size. I’ve only seen the larger size in my local Christian bookstore though. I wanted to thank you for your comment! I’ve actually considered not doing RU-vid after the move because I just wasn’t sure if the videos I’ve been making were actually very helpful to others. I will definitely continue to make videos sharing Bible Study resources! Thanks so much for your encouraging words!

Thanks for subscribing! I also use a lot of DGC studies…currently doing their Behold Study this year. The SRT studies are completely different but I love how they prompt you to dig deeper in God’s Word.
I definitely recommend giving it a try! I love having everything in one book that I can carry with me and do on my lunch break without having to carry a bunch of extra stuff.
I actually forgot how much this Bible has in it until I pulled it back out for this video! I’ve actually added it to my current stack of Bibles I’m using in my daily study time!

Thank you!! A while back I found your review for Story of Redemption, and I really appreciated your review. I wish I would have got this one I think, but I noticed the prices fluctuate a lot (it went from $7, to $10, now its at $22 unfortunately) so I was kind of bummed that it wasn't on special but Ive learned to keep tabs when they send out those daily emails. Do you ever use She Reads Truth or Prov 31 books? (Apologies, I haven't gone through all your videos yet so theres a likelihood I just haven't seen them yet). I was wondering if you have any information on the membership subscription that Daily Grace has? I know it is not really a show and tell kind of thing but Ive been wondering if it might be more worth my while since I am looking for some extra accountability and structure.
I actually have and use the She Reads Truth Bible, and their studies! I have the monthly subscription box for She Reads Truth, and have a review coming next week on their study books and subscription box. I have not used the monthly subscription for Daily Grace Co. It recently came out and I haven’t had a chance to really research it. I do know you get the accountability and extra online content, but it does not include any additional study books/resources (you still have to purchase those). Be sure to check out my video coming out either later this week or early next week where I share the She Reads Truth studies and resources!
I believe there are about 80 profiles in the Bible itself, but more than 400 profiles and articles when using it with the Filament Bible App. All of the profiles in the Bible are about either women in the Bible or women in history. The study notes also provide insight on being women of courage as we walk with God.

Thank you! I absolutely love this Bible and finally getting into using it like I wanted to! I have a hard time sometimes getting started in a new Bible because I don’t want to “mess it up.” But I finally decided to just dive in!
Thank you! I have been looking for a new study for weeks and finally landed on this. I ordered the first volume last week to see how I like it. They appeal to me because of the questions, but theyre also so beautiful I decided to use the 20% coupon on a slightly imperfect one. I havent seen very many reviews of them that arent super salesaman-y.
Glad it was helpful! I always try to give my 100% honest opinion, because I want people to have the right information to make a decision. Study supplies can be so expensive, and I so I really try to show people what they will be getting if they make a purchase of the items I review.
