Absolute bullshit! Concrete has a huge carbon footprint and is one of the most environmentally damaging building materials available. Hempcrete is a great and really sustainable alternative for non-structural applications.
You all prolly dont give a shit but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my password. I would love any assistance you can give me.
@Damian Khalid i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
How did the Romans make some of the most lasting cement and concrete without all your fancy processes 2000 years ago ? You still didnt say what the "composition" of cement and concrete is.... What minerals? Compounds ? What are the ingredients in " Clay" ? Define Clay ? Great visuals on video though.
Why do the Roman concrete structures last? First of all, not all of them do/did. Those that remain today after all that time are the ones that were better built. Or just built more massive. But another reason is that the Romans didn't use steel rebar which means they couldn't build many of the types of structures we can today which absolutely need rebar. Rebar, however, means that the structure can't last 2000 years because eventually water will seep into the concrete rusting the rebar which will then expand and crack the concrete. But that isn't a big issue. Generally, it doesn't make economic sense to build structures that last 2000 years when lasting 100 years (or something to that effect) will suffice.
Recycling and using is not circular economy. Re-using without any loss/adding extra energy is. products must be designed for circular economy, What you have shown is just resource efficiency.
