Thousend thanks to this <fill in an adjectiv worth this wonderful music> music! Love every minute of it. And am I hallucinating or is that Fallen Angel by King Crimson at 0:51:35? Very uncommon for a folk band. But super great!
You are just an absolute King my friend. I’m a massive fan of yours. This made me absolutely melt… YOUR VERSION is what inspired me to make a solo piano instrumental of this song. If you ever need a pianist, let me know and I’ll hop on a plane. "Hounds of Love" Kate Bush Solo Piano by Josh Morphis ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UUM4TEeg3-s.html
20 minutes in the song The Chance has the same chord progression as Metal Heart by Cat Power and I love both. m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gkWGGmnbRrI.html&pp=ygUVY2F0IHBvd2VyIG1ldGFsIGhlYXJ0
I can hardly remember when I didn't know Steeleye Span. My second cousin (much older than me) was a part of the British folk scene in the late 60s and I heard Maddy, Tim, Ashley and the original lineup from a very early age (c1970). I've followed them in all their reincarnations, and they are always superb. A real treat was Tim Hart coming on to do a solo spot an an into to their show in Rhyl c. 1997. I was there with a technician friend, Guy from Theatr Clwyd, and we met Maddie in the bar just before the show opened. She said we shouldn't miss the support act. Tim was wonderful. Among the songs he sang was his 'Dancing at Whitsun'. Magical. Benji is a fantasic addition to Steeleye's line up, and folk royalty to boot! I hope I can see them many more times in future.

I'm Calan's Engineer that mixed this gig... I was wondering if this was the mix directly from the console? or have you mixed yourselves? Thanks for posting, we had a great gig.
I've had the pleasure of seeing him live twice. Most recently in Canterbury a couple of months ago. Absolutely brilliant! He could bring a tear to a glass eye!
Wow! Not familiar with this band until watching this video. They are really good. Love Laura's voice and her band's backing vocals. Where are they from and do they have CD's? I like Laura's hair, great style and thick full hair. Get tired of seeing straight flat hair that many women have.
I am not into camping at all. What would be any hotels super close to the festival and how close approximately would they be? Would not have a car and are there buses close to hotel to get to the festival?
