Yotub User yes u can use it daily. there is no side effect to it. few years back i was using the same on daily basis n my hairs were so good. later i got lazy n stopped. but now again started using it. once you apply leave it to dry like fr about 1hr n then wash with normal temp water. if u still think ur hairs smell fenugreek wash it with a mild shampoo.
I use fenugreek powder instead with aloe Vera juice. It’s same smell. I spray it on the scalp and hair an hour before I shampoo. I add two drops of coconut oil. I don’t put it in the fridge. I also use Fenugreek powder with coconut oil once a week for hot oil. My hair is really growing and thicker. It’s amazing and really works.
I love this idea. I’m already using Aloe Vera juice, distilled water, tea tree oil and rose hip seed oil. I’ll just swap out the plain water with fenugreek water.
