U have to hold his elbow i released this escape over 2 years ago its important to holy the choking elbow with the opposite hand so he cant follow you when you move
Much harder to do if he's doing kesa correctly with his head down. The way he is in the video is weight is not properly centered downward so that helps in taking him over.
In the 4 finger grip, once your pinky gets opened, the rest of the fingers are much weaker. You cannot have a strong 3 finger grip if your pinky is sticking out like Dr Evil. With the 2 finger grip, the pinky stays curled up and won't weaken the other fingers.
I’m excited to try this. I appreciate the attention to details- weight distribution, hand placement, etc…. I’m 61, 5ft 1,112 lbs. small details are important. I have difficulty opening up closed guard- because of lifting others weight.
