The easy road is to just keep doing what you've been doing. Change can be difficult. But for those who step up and take some risks, the reward can be great! We believe it's time for a change in your game. It's time to get MOTIVated!
This is also good for when proprietors put down a sport short incorrectly - and you have to figure out where the oil and friction are on the lanes. Like that there are mentions of how to adjust from what we see. Well done and helpful. Thanks.
The problem with videos like this addressing Lane and pin literacy, is that they don't spend enough time, or anytime at all, addressing skill & technique adapteations. The beaming covert message here, and who can blame Motiv, is: buy our balls.
For me the evoke is my most versatile ball. Start out at 25, aim at 12, break at 8 on our league pattern. I have a longer video like 20 minutes long posted on my channel with me shooting every shot including spares on a game 7 and game 8 at the same time 20 straight frames with it. Shot a 214 and 234. All I did was move my eyes and aimed at 10 instead of 12. That was the only adjustment needed even with all of the lane transition.
This is a good video for people that have lots of high-end balls apparently. I was hoping he might say move up or back or left or right based on what the pins are doing. His comment, go to one of the other 400 dollar balls you don't have in your bag in order to not wrap the 10 pin....
EJ, you are #1 on tour and my favorite bowler, mainly, because you remind me of me. But that is not a 1 board challenge. I bowled 2 seasons, back in the 70's playing the 1 board, straight up, 35 or 40 feet, then broke for the pocket.
Wait! What? Did i accidentally fast forward thru the pins that were left? I saw only one 10 pin left. And I'm not sure what the advice was as he was making changes on all the strikes too. Someone please translate into amateur league bowler speak.
Looking at one of these for later in league night when lanes are broken down. Being a low speed (13mph) which may be better solid or pearl without going to far left
I have a Primal Shock, EXJ Venom, Venom Shock, Hyper Venom, and Black Venom with an original Pride thrown in as an asymmetrical option. Not sure if that is the optimal arsenal, but it’s mine. I also keep a EXJ VIP Sigma for a change up but it isn’t in play very often.
From one Hoosier to another congratulations... I was the principal at norwell high School- I knew all the Bluffton and Huntington principals as well has had you as a student.
