It just seems like you’re stretching to me. I say ppl say it’s demonic because it is a religious devotion to Hindu gods not just stretching or relaxing like many think . Every pose is worship, respect, and devotion to their gods. That’s why many ppl believe it is demonic because it goes against their beliefs ❤
Yes! Many Christians blew this post out of proportion on Instagram. Many claimed the Bible said to worship other Gods is deemed demonic…and while I’m not Christian, but a believer of God, I look at that particular comment as if they’re saying all people who practice Hinduism are of the devil, which isn’t true. Maybe I should’ve put a disclaimer about my own beliefs but honestly I don’t think it would’ve mattered. I appreciate you for joining the conversation! ❤️
I’m glad you found something that feels good for your body, because same! I used to meditate to, these days I just can’t stay still lol. Exercise has become my meditation lately!
Saying yoga is DEMONIC is a reach TO ME!!! I know God didn’t intend for us to be stiff! 😂 I started doing yoga back in 2020 because my body was ACHING from standing for 7+ hours over my clients’ heads. At the age of 24!!! My knees would swell, my back + neck would cramp. I’d just had enough and needed a change for my health. So before every appointment, I’d take the time to stretch for 5-10 minutes. That small change, made a huge difference for my body. This yoga session was much needed after 5 mile hike + intense lower body workout! 😭 Whats your perspective? I know y’all ain’t gone be nice in the comments but I’ll still say it-BE RESPECTFUL PLEASE! ❤
I preach about health over length + that’s what I’m choosing for my peace because my ends were a mess! This will be the first time most of you have ever seen my hair so short, but this ain’t my first big chop. Third time’s a charm right? I can see you rocking a chin length bob. You have the face to rock any hair length and style. Chin length bob would look amazing on you. The volume & bounce would cute on you.

The intense dancing at the end 😂 I split my workouts because I get bored sooo easily. Wbu? Splitting my fitness allows me room for spontaneity and adventure! My ultimate goal right now is consistency with movement (because it’s medicine 🙂) and switching it up keeps the dopamine flowing for me. What’s your workout split look like? You’re right! As much as I loved the copper + pop of color, the all natural can go with anything I wear! I stilllll might add 1-2 colored locs tho! lol we’ll see!
