Great video! I’m taking the ISSA CPT & Running coach courses and it’s a lot of fun so far. I’ve finished 30 marathon and Ultramarathon races in my past and can’t wait to be ISSA certified and pass my passion to others!
I personally find thst the best way to get kids interested in their nutrition is to help them make their food and then make small changes to their diets. Change the brand of mayo, or get the Daves white vs Bunny bread. Etc. Alter existing foods. It helps to change their taste buds properly. And the parents have to have primarily healthy, or healthier foods. This way, it doesn't potentially cause an eating disorder. I am still a fan of letting them have thst 1 snack cake later in the day if they want it but make it a fun habit of going on a walk after dinner first, or play on the swings.
