Trophyline isn’t just about great products and customer service. It’s made up of great people and tremendous customers that live the outdoors everyday!
Really looking forward to the topic based episodes. I’ve been mobile hunting NY public for a few years now and I’ve had some great success, but it’s been extremely difficult to locate mature bucks consistently. Also eager to hear your thoughts on using historic trail cam data on public.
Most states in the northeast where I hunt parking on the side of a highway is “supposed” to be for emergencies only… some guys do it but there’s a risk of being ticketed or towed. Some great access from the highways though!
@@nickricholetti754 not understanding this question or comment, these come with a bungee that keeps them together very simple and fast. So light weight they won’t be a problem going up the tree with!
@@Trophyline For Example , i’m coming from hawk helium minis …… i i hang the first stick, than i connect the other two to my saddle via the suction cups. as i go up i just disconnect them and keep going. trying to figure out how this “bunjee “ would hold up
@@nickricholetti754 the bungee holds the sticks together, they are so light you could get simple attach them with any 3 d hangers, niteize twist tie, other bungee cord systems etc.
These look dope, I one stick mostly, but if I multisticked I would be looking at these. I love the attachment method, reminds me of my rope mod for my platform, stable AF. I own the shirt Weston has on and it's the most comfortable shirt I wear. At first I thought it was too tight, but it seemed to like form fit after the first wear and was perfect. Good stuff as always.
@@slabslayer258 there is just enough tolerance to snug them, yet not impede stealth strips and hockey tape to silence if desired, the 4 pack comes with a bungee cord to very simply ensure they are kept together.
@@HuntingCreatures it’s all about personal preference. That’s why you end up seeing products in this hunting space leave products open ended enough for personal interpretations of what’s needed to “finish them”, rather than adding cost that potentially is not desired in that exact way, we would rather design just enough space for a multitude of silencing options if desired. Most of us internally just love hockey tape, while others like stealth, all preference! Thanks for the question and support!
If they did that people would complain when the coating wears off. That roll of hockey tape is less that $5 and would silence a set of 4 sticks 25 times over.
Definitely! My preference with these sticks is our Platow Pack in Khaki. They match well & the standoffs are perfectly spaces to fit snugly on the bottom of the Platow.
@@michaelpozzini6426 without a doubt, as nick said the platow khaki is one heck of a match up!! The cats can pack them two on each side and the low profile of these sticks with the coupled 17.5 oz weight means you barely feel em!
Appreciate all the videos on the sticks before they hit the market this week but are we going to see anything on the platform? Also does Trophyline have something up their sleeve for an aider attachment?
Yes, when your not running several snacks, or tuppleware for lunch, or internal container...you can fit a hoodie, Thick bibs would be a stretch, but thats why you just fold nice, roll it, and cinch strap it on top of the pack.
I prefer attaching two sticks while I am still on the ground. The first stick is slightly above my waist line, the second stick I prefer placing at the level (from the ground) with the bottom step even with the top of my head. I climb and hang the other 2 sticks as I move.
I’m just wondering how is it with someone like myself with bad knees. I’d love to try one but I don’t think my knees would hold out for a 4 or 5 hour hunt.
i am searching for a platform which does no damadge to the trees, since i am hunting in a thin-bark-forest with trees which will loose their monetary worth if damadged. i already ascend without sticks (rope-ladder instead of sticks), however, i couldn't find a platform so far which does no damadge.
Being a hunter in the high peaks of the Adirondacks, it can be difficult carrying stuff around in the mountains. This week at hunstock of ny I finally had the chance to try one! Definitely going to be purchasing it. -Big Woods Scent Co.
