Maybe I'm the first one replying to you and have tried getting in touch on Insta as well, trying to learn from you. It's intriguing stuff you're doing. Could you give me an example of how I can use AI to help me navigate this phase where I've got little to no knowledge about buying property? I want to make decisions without involving a real estate agent. And yeah, I can be arsed knowing about it-I'm not lazy, just need some direction.

I got a safety concern. Someone who is sitting at that island could burn themselves on the stove potentially. My thinking was that in order to prevent this you'd have a raised bar.

Hey Tama. Gotta say the flow of the video was smooth. Really enjoyed how you walked in and immediately identified where the new bedroom will be and the tips of scrim removal. Question as to why would you cover up the fireplace - could be a nice feature for potential buyers or is it because heat pumps are more effective? Loved your interaction with the landscaper and the BBQ feature to give the place a specialist appeal to stick out from the generic crap being sold on the market now. Keep up the great work!
Good point, we decided to keep the fireplace with the green tiles as it is a nice feature! Heat pump is always a good point as Gisborne gets very hot in the Summer so we need to keep AC in mind to cool the house down. BBQ will be a hit with the new owners too! #Merny
