Naah, I was very satisfied with my CB500F, it’s just that I want to experience having a big bike. It’s also way more comfortable for longer trips - which I plan on doing in the future! So it comes down to what you are expecting. You really have to contain yourself and have a lot of discipline on this beast though.
@@SkizMoto I've got my 125cc bike in April and I ve done around 13000km in the last 7 months and I want to get A2 next year and to buy a honda cb500f and I want to know if cb500 it's ok for going into long trips since I use my 125 for that 😂
Normally you can - I set it up so I can only upshift and for downshifts I blip the gas manually to rev match. The downshifts with the QS only work if you are on throttle which is of little use to me. :)
Nice driving and sound! Got a question about the quickshifter. I've got the same one - iqse - on a cb500x 2019. Shifting is smooth on my bike. only from 1st to second it's a bit rough , but in your video it sounds even smoother. Can you tell me your iqse settings ? I use 40ms cut-off delay, and 120ms cutoff times ( auto - adaptive ) Also, I have my sensor treshold set to 40% and noise filtering is inactive. Happy driving!
Hey, thanks for the support. I have the cutoff times at 90ms auto, sensor threshold at 20% and cutoff delay at 15ms. I only use it for upshifts and disabled the downshifts so I can blip the throttle without cutting ignition :)
Hello friend V to you! It's crazy because when I had my 125 license I watched your videos dreaming of being there one day, I got my license on a 500cbf, it was a crazy pleasure, because of the budget and because I like the 4 cylinder, I bought a 600 bandit with an sbk exhaust, a real pleasure! I continue to watch your videos for the pleasure of the eyes and the sound, thank you for the motivation you gave me with your videos to pass the license :) have a good trip
i was thinking about getting a cb500F in a couple months. i was told its slow but from what im seeing it looks highly capable of nice speeds. maybe it was torque or max speeds
@SkizMoto which is exactly what i was wanting a bike for. Ill have to test drive the cb500x aswell as its luggage and windscreen make it a good competitor with the F. Mivv gp exhausts make the bikes sound amazing
Them boys are chillin'! Great ride! If you don't mind, could you share which levers you have installed? They seem quite stylish and sturdy. I'm also on the hunt for a pair for my own bby. I'm really looking for ones that are exceptionally sturdy to ensure a perfect fit.
so cool illegally modifying your bike to be obnoxious making the cackling noise i bet you ride around at 3am because you have no job making all kinds of noise
