We love a good roof deck barbeque, a hike through Fairmount Park and our beloved Phillies and Eagles. Our team calls South Philly, Society Hill, Chestnut Hill, Passyunk Square, Glenside, Erdenheim, Havertown, and South Jersey home.

This home is so lovely and the homeowner is so well spoken and beautiful. That said, the background music ia the most irritating I have ever heard and almost ruins this beautiful video. Gah!
