I had a panic attack like feeling a while back now to be fair life was slightly stressful around then but it didn't feel connected ..I felt like I had to call someone before they passed at a home goods..that emotion stayed for like a minute and vanished

I'm sorry for your loss, Courtney. I feel that grief is a circle. I keep going over and over it. Some of these circles take a few days, but some take years. Like getting my autism diagnoses at 37, things hit me, like I never be able to hold a job no matter how hard I try. I never learn a new language no matter how hard I try ( I'm tried learning Japanese over 20 years) I always thought the solution to everything was just me trying/working harder. I had to cry when you mentioned your parents. I'm a 80s kid and I always felt like a burden. When I was a kid, they left me alone at home when I was sick. They went to work. They never taught me lifeskills and reading a post of a dad being proud of his son for teaching him a great skill and his son succeeding made me sad.. Oh I recently finished Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents. By Lindsay C. Gibson. Very good book.
