It’s matrix vs regular high beam… How can you not notice a massive difference?

maybe use your eyes they usually help in this sort of scenario

no audis blind you at the last second because their camera doesnt see the car on that angle anymore, teslas have 360 view so no problem

It’s always been possible to do that! Go into the service menu when the car is parked, and the headlight adjustment option is there.

@@time01010Huh, the more you know! I just found that every single Tesla I meet on the road, has their low beams pointed too high - guess nobody found that option, or cared enough to used it, around here :) Thanks for the reply and information!

Apparently the adjustment sometimes resets when the car’s software updates, so maybe some people don’t realise.

Why do you compare tech on a halo product like the 7 series to a Tesla model 3/y ? it isn't about about which was first. For example the Space Shuttle had fly by wire 50 years ago, so by that logic any steer by wire car shouldn't be that impressive, but it is.

Isn’t it still an expensive optional extra on all/most BMWs? This is a free OTA update, pretty impressive imo, Tesla could have easily charged an upgrade for them.

@@The1QwertySky I am suggesting the adaptive headlights are so good that the oncoming cars can't see you because from their perspective your headlights are off.
