I don’t believe this was intentional. I’d work on you unbiased stance a bit. The narrations bias was in sharp contrast with the sincerity evident in the guys tone. No motive. I realize knowing the outcome gives you the legal high ground. But a conviction means nothing. The court doesn’t even think he killed her in cold blood due an involuntary manslaughter 2nd charge! I love you but you came off a little hard like you’d made up your mind on his culpability ahead of time or maybe due to the verdict. But a conviction means very little when determining guilt.
this is physically painful to watch.. like wouldn't the reaction be a lot less severe given the fact that he shot her, so he was already prepared for that information. I just feel like in those circumstances (if it were an actual accident) you'd cry after it happened, on the way to the station, at the station while waiting, and then maybe when it was confirmed you cry a little harder just knowing for sure... is it just me? because quite literally if I were writing a movie script of someone who shot their spouse and wanted to pretend it was an accident - this would be the scene I'd write. this exact scene.

That night, the younger brother was the idealist and the older brother was the opportunist. I believe the 19 yr old did attack the home owner and the older one saw this as opportunity to load up on electronic and guns to sell because he was about to go to jail for backlog of child support pmts. Watching all these interrogation videos you get good at knowing what fake crying sounds like, and I think it's more of a conscious sound from the vocal cords, whereas real crying is something completely different.
