Very good tutorial, made a cool chimney so fireplaces no longer look odd without a place to let the smoke out. I remember in the sims 3 fireplaces automatically made chimneys whenever you placed them.

Love your speed builds, but I'd like the same amount of build with a little less speed, so I can appreciate all the details that you put on the shelves and stuff. I'd totally watch a 30 minute video, for example
