Hi, Hilary!. I'm a pro jazz multiinstrumentalist, composer, arranger and educator at the College of Music from the National University of Asunción, Paraguay. In my youthful years, I taught a young Paraguayan kid that had recently arrived from Buenos Aires, Mr Mario Rodríguez, bassist. I have recently praised your singing, musicianship at the piano and arranging, and to my surprise he told me you both know each other and even worked together. Furthermore, your husband, superb composer/arranger Richard De Rosa played here in Asunción in the 90s, as Gerry Mulligan's drummer. I nearly recall talking to him, and he already mentioned that his real thing was arranging and composing. Good performance but I unfortunately listened to this AFTER I listened to Carmen Mcrae sing it so although I appreciated her performance she just can't beat the great Carmen Mcrae!
