I’ve been paying bi weekly for 6 months and just looked at my account and they’re taking interest out of both payments. Not just my interest rate but they’re taking almost triple my interest. My payment is 600 and I paid 328 last week and they took $180 for interest and $120 toward principal. Freaking ridiculous!

Hi i have Mac OS Catalina installed in April. The Word label option does not contain Avery 5260 (same as 5160). I was able to download Avery 5160 and it appears in the word file, but I can only type in one cell at a time, it's not helpful. Also after the first cell, the second cell was boxed with a 4 way arrow sign, I can't copy paste from the first cell. I don't know what to do. Do you know? Thanks.

How can i use a <div> code copied from google console as a search to find a webpage that contains the <div> code on the webpage urls HTML... ? For example A ((webpage)) contains a HTML code to run. I've been trying to solve this for a while now. You get close, but your not solving it. You touch on the key elements that would. You said, Keep in mind there are other expenses, like MI, taxes, etc.. which the etc. is Home insurance, HOA payment. All of the factors for other cost are: FHA MI 1.75% of loan amount. THis amount is added to the loan amount. This would calculate the correct PI payment for a FHA loan, but then to get to price, we need to factor: Home insurance monthly: estimating 75.00 Taxes monthly: estimating 100, FHA MI .55% X total loan amount /12 gives the monthly Mi cost, and HOA. This is what a total payment includes that is factoring the .25 or .30% of income. Your calculation will get close, but once you add in the other costs, the total payment is 2-3% over the calculated allowed .25 or .30 of income. I am using the PV formula as well. I see how you factored to get to price. I was using this formula to try to get to price and it was nly solving to get to loan amount. I can utilize the steps you have here to get to price. but, ... can we use this same idea to get the the correct price by factoring those other costs.. I can't figure this part out. Are you able to elaborate on that last part of what you said, "keep in mind there are other costs" because yes, there are and to solve what you are saying we will solve we not only need to keep those in mind we need to add them to the sheet.
