China doles out loans to many countries of the world.But while granting loans China always takes back some strategically important material or advantages from those borrowing countries.India has lent 5 Billion U.S.Dollars to Bangladesh for its development or to feed it's people.Then why did India not take some political advantage from Bangladesh? This is poor diplomacy!!
