Sir,I suggest you to make us a video on how to morally defend yourself,meaning how to respond to insults directed against you.We are a large group of people around the world who suffer daily from this problem,where others attacks us with bad words,and we do not have the courage,how to respond because we have been raised in completely wrong way.However if someone insults us,it is morals that we remain silent!! So PLz do us this motivation video so that we can defend ourselves and get rid of that knot that buries us alive daily.Thank you
I just accomplished three pull ups. I’m the most fit I’ve ever been, I just turned 45. Everyday I have listened to your videos, especially the “difference between the average & the great.” I’ve listened to it on repeat through my workouts. I was always athletic. I went through a break in, assault, criminal trial, then a few medical issues, my teenage sons suicide and cutting attempts. You brought me through all of it. I just wanted you to know, your voice and words have changed my life. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And bc my son saw me change and grab ahold of my life, he followed suit. The trickle down effect. Just wanted you to know how deep your purpose here goes. ♥️
