Hey bud, if you don't have proof or an agreement with this guy over truck payments and a deal you made, just start emailing, texting, and SAVING those texts/emails that talk about your agreement and his excuses so you'll have THAT to show he owes you money and then you'll have SOMETHING to take him to small claims court if you have to.
