I diid this on my brothers house but removed the sticks and screwed metal plaster channels on the walls , and used pine battens on the floor to reattach the skirting
Well, it didn't work for me, one the switch on the unit has 011 we got this from someplace else and I'm trying to connect to it with a switch or direct. I'm thinking that it was address as 192.168.1.11 but no luck, my laptop is 10.98.4.8. I have an CLX 5000 with two enbt cards, so I made the 2nd card address as 192.168.1.10. my network is 10.98.4.3. connected to the switch I can see 2 of the three PLC on the switch, but this Flex I/O nothing. please. Trying to do a class Darren .M
Thank you for this amazing free education professor! Trying to learn as much as I can about hydraulics to prep for an upcoming forklift mechanic interview, and this was gold.
Odd comment. I am not Gen Z but thanks for thinking I am so young. I am sure you are much better at eyeballing things than I am. But I am happy with the results. Thanks for watching the video.
I had 6 outputs from a plc, these are nozzles that were opening accordingly as programmed. However, after some times the began to operate inappropriately. Instead of opening and closing sequencially as programmed, they began to open and close in a wild manner, what could be the cause, any idea on what i should do?
This is one of my best videos. Thank you so much. Please, help and make more videos on plc troubleshooting. If you've link to other topics on plc troubleshooting please , share with me. Thank you again.
Thank you so much, just have one question regarding the 80HZ setting: can the VFD output in general exeedes the max operating freq of the motor and how does that affect the motor?
Report back to the bosses lol that had me laughing my ass off! Just move the output to another open spot or just add another 120v output card. PLCs lose Inputs and output all the time. Don't make a bigger problem than it really needs to be. If you know the bulb is good, go straight to the output and check it there.
Good job sir, exactly how I would have done it. I’ve actually ran into this out in the field several times, had 2 output cards with bad relay terminals not putting out voltage. You don’t see it much but I always like to add circuit breakers on my outputs when I build and wire control panels, a lot of times the output in the field could possibly take out the output it’s attached to. Good video!
was working on a piling hammer for installing 6 inch dock post. I know in this situation i would need quick exhaust on the exhaust side. This would allow exhaust air to escape quickly to allow the hammer to come down with force..correct? I wanted to be in control of the up and down motion on these 2 pneumatic cylinders. Could you please eexplain exactly what i would need to accomplish this?
