hi good day i have this one did buy recently the turning is not working how to make the red light to blue on the reciever i tried many times its all working just turning not and no blue light just red flashing plz help

I was just going to charge my XT 90 battery and I have the adapter to female EC five. And soon as I put the plug to the XT 90 before anything the wire was getting warm. I didn’t even have the banana clips in my charger.. So I got spooked and unplugged it. My venom did not come with something to charge that I’m surprised.

THANK YOU! I have the X6 Tx, my goto radio of choice! Haven't tried working with the lights function before on the X6DCG because of the nature of the cars I've been running. @@mehimrc1314how do I get this to connect to my controller. I’ve got my DDF-350 I put my servo into the 1 slot on the receiver and the power in but I can’t get the the servo to move. I press the button 3 times to bind and nothing. I bought them together. All that happens is a solid red light but I can’t for the life of me get the servo to move. It’s a new servo
@@mehimrc1314 thanks for the reply, it seems that it was correct the first time round, but i reconnected everything after a week and it seems like channel 4 is reversed, with pushed all the way to the front being off while middle still flashes and first position being on. Idk i feel like i changed a setting
@louaieayyash5158 you may have changed the setting I can't say for sure as the instructions for the control are cryptic. Either way it works just other opposite to the rest of the world 😆
Weird, the drive shaft in mine seems way too short causing a ton of front to back play between the drive gears and diff gears. That’s how I found this video, looking for a way to elongate the driveshaft and shift it centered front to back.
You've got to file down 2 sides of a very small washer to fit into the gear ⚙️ that the drive shaft slots into. I've elongated them and shorted them very easy
i tried pushing twice to no success. i tried again and again until finally get it. lol...why do i have to do multiple i dont know.. ita like hit and misses.. but its good now. thanks!
The buttons aren't the best so it could be the angle which your pressing, sounds crazy but trust me I've been in your shoes bro 👍 glad your sorted as such
@@mehimrc1314 Yes... well eventually the brittle button is broken now :) The black plastic can no longer be pushed. So I have to yank the switch component off the board. completely. For the time being, I just short the 2 contact pads with my metal tweezer to bind or mode hahaha... Maybe I'll solder 2 cables in the future. but its fine for now. thanks again
My thinking... ring gear much harder to replace. Am going to try metal ring gears with plastic inputs. Yes the inputs will wear but the ring gear should last FOREVER. Just keep a stash of inputs, they are fairly easy to change.
I want to rebuild my typhon 3s diffs but not sure how to make sure the pins are right and what weight oil i should use. I was thinking 10k rear and 20k front any advice
Is there any way to set a deadzone for the throttle.. mine is very sensitive... so 1/1000mm it either hits reverse or forward from the "neutral" position of the throttle.. Tried calibration and fildeling with the adjustment...
The Arrma shocks seem good on my granite once I changed the oil . I compared them and there’s hardly a difference between arrma and big bore . The truck bottoms out even with 90 wt in a 6 ft high jump but it’s a lot less on my example this way with the 90wt . We ll see if the shocks break after a while but it feels right
Try running hot racing progressive springs, I run the gold set (stiffest set) from the three and definitely enhanced how it handles, they only work with the stock shock bodies, and If I’m not mistaken hot racing’s bleeder shock bodies. Edit: I’m running 40wt Losi oil, front and rear.
So with the white sticky pad and the screw it holds the SUP Arm down more for the ride height i was looking at mine to line the shell up and wondered about that and came back to the vid really great explanation should be okay doing it myself now. I'm 44 but did RC car's about 10 year back with my Uncle before he passed and just got back into it in the last 3 years as I've got Jacob and he is nearly 9 now :)
I know this is over 3 years old but I can find the black 2x2 washers but I cannot find the clear plastic washers with one side rounded and the other side flat. Please can someone let me know where to get them from
what size contact tyre sets do you run on with the pahat body shell ?? I'm having problems with the shell fitting ? might have to change the sups arm like i mentioned in the other vid :)
Hi, first of all, geat video, very educational. I was wondering can you help me. I have a problem with my Dumborc x6 transmitter. On channel 4 I have a winch motor, and when I turn of the transmitter (ch4 button is in the neutral position) my winch motor turns on and I can turn it off, only if I unplug the receiver for the power. I have done some research online, and it seems to me that there is a failsafe on ch4 that activates when I turn the transmitter off, buy that failsafe is not setup to be in neutral position. Do you know how could I solve this problem? Thank you in advance.
The rubber o rings that come in the wltoys 144001 1000 pce screw kit work good for each side of the turnbuckles front and rear so 16 pieces and the steering links are optional . I thought they were too tight so left one on one on the top side closest to the wheel

I did it but it was not resolved. Most of my cars do the same thing. It may be a broken control device،Even when you turn to the right or left, you move forward
@@kamalabouelela4553 I'd go with what your saying, if your have other cars doing the same that's your answer the remote may be busted. Sorry there wasn't a fix today for your issue
@@kamalabouelela4553you plugged in your esc and your servo into the wrong ports on your receiver. Switch the plugs on your receiver, plug your servo into the channel where your esc is and plug your esc where your servo is. It moving without you doing anything means your throttle trim is too high. Turn the throttle trim knob down. The receiver and radio are fine….
@@mehimrc1314man you should know how to resolve this! They have the esc and receiver channels on the receiver backwards and their throttle trim is too high! 😅

Tell ya what . I got the rlaarlo 1/14 truggy 3s version on this chassis 144001 and it seems pretty good 👍. I put some track tires in and what a difference , lol . Turns on a dime at 50% steering ,wow
@@mehimrc1314 thank bro. My stock tyres have about had it so looking at the mx 2.8. I’d like some hub extensions for a wider stance but can’t seem to find the right part. All I can find is the 14mm to 17mm extenders which I’m told don’t fit the typhon
@All-rc804 yeah you'll need some new 17mm direct fit hub extenders, Typhon already has the 17mm so try RCAWD on eBay. I personally dont like the company but they do, do 💩 some good parts.

It should be fine for charging -- as long as the connection is secure. Charging is done at a very low amperage in comparison. Where you may run into problems is using the same connection scheme to a motor where it may use 40 times more amperage or more.
Yeah . I’m getting one of these . Soon as I see them in sale again . Right now it’s a granite and my k6s esc went to shite yesterday . I only added the 15t pinion included . It overheated anyways . Live and learn . I ll have to put he stock size back on but I honestly didn’t think it would overheat from that .
I've not bought or been given any parts since. I doubt they'll have changed much if at all, try at your own risk is the motto of the video even 2 years on tread carefully 👍
