I got one, but the bind code number never appears and won’t link when the app on a host phone is pointing to the QR code. The watch makes a call, but without binding, it won’t track the kid. So, how do I solve this?

I just bought this phone comes tomorrow. Had the light phone but decided to return it get my money back it costs a lot of money, this phone is fraction of the cost and essentially does the same thing. Bought mine off amazon, hopefully I like it
I don't know my way around this phone that I bought on Apr. 12,23. The phone instruction booklet never said anything about how to save your contacts. i kept finding out that all my contacts were moved or gone from the list. I also don't like to work so hard to use my phone. I just want to receive a call and make a call and I find that hard with this phone. [ I used to have an Iphone.
Dad's got one of these phones, but can't find the SMS menu to read an old message... neither can I. The only way to read an old SMS is to wait to receive a new one and scroll left to right on the message?

Same Problem. No ringtone on incoming phones. Went through every setting I could find. What kind of POS Senior phone won't ring when it's called? Also, it defaults to "Earpiece" hearing aids? My elderly mom has to switch to Speaker each time. Frustrating and useless for her. Can this setting be changed? Pretty disappointing so far.
