I am 66 years old with a body that feels much older. A medical diagnostic procedure (2 days ago) drew a direct correlation between years of smoking and ongoing coughing, with the test's findings. It is very possible that surgically resolving the issue will ONLY be a safe option (See what I did there?) for a non-smoker. Without going into personal details - as a teenager the habit of smoking took the place of another habit I had since I was a toddler. The (perception of ) self-soothing transferred to cigarettes. I am familiar with NLP. I used to publish a wholistic/self empowerment magazine, and am very interested in your method. I need to go to the point where i dont care about quiting. Stop keeping a journal about the day i quit. I never said in the past today i smoked 14 cigarette. Im so proud. There is no reward for a non smoker so why should there be one for a ex smoker. Long way to go
This is the first day after six years smoking weed and today I don’t smoke none try to stop smoking but to be honest with you I feel my body it’s destroy and swelling I feel cold even though temperature now 74 in my house
abstinence is going about 4-5 days, but the critical days are when you got free from all symptoms and just want to feel this smoke in your mouth. I broken once on it. Now i quit again and have terrible symptoms. Very tired and was must to leave my work.
I quit smoking 15 days ago. I used cbq method, easyway, will power and youtube hypnosis fpr quitting smoking. They all helped me and gave me strenght. I still get these short bursts of gravings time to time. I always come back for tips to overcome the gravings and to keep my spirit high. Thank you for this channel Nasia. Its saving lifes. All you out there who are on a path of quitting smoking, I know you can do it. Just put the efford in to change your mind set.

I hate cigarettes. I felt imprisoned by them. I was addicted to them for 4+ decades. I am free from smoking 8 days. I've never felt this way before. I am a non smoker at heart. I AM a free, proud, non-smoker❤

Totally agree with what you said. 1week since clean and have tried many times to quit. But again start smoking after have been clean for few months. Need tips on how to permanently quit smoking and nor going back to it. It would be really helpful. Thanks
