Hi, Jason here. I have been a RU-vid content creator since 2011. On this channel I create long-form music and ambient videos for many different games. All video footage is recorded and edited by myself. All audio is also mixed/arranged, extended and edited by myself. I created this channel in 2015 on an idea I had back in 2011 to show off video games in a unique way. This has always been my goal when I created this channel as most of the time we just zoom by locations within a game and never take the time to sit back and appreciate the level and sound design. I love capturing and sharing these moments with the world.
I love this taking me back to 2008 with a Core 2 Quad in a Dell XPS 420. It's still alive (no portal pun intended). So many good times playing this game on that computer.

Anderson said that the reaper invasion was the worst fighting the world has ever seen… Honestly - terrifyingly, Europe has seen equally worse fighting during the apex of WW2. The night blitz over London during WW2 was as horrific as the reaper invasion. And we managed that with the technology in 1940. I also like the air raid sirens in the background during the mission. They are interestingly the same used in WW2 and WW1
Such a shame that the initial script for ME 3 was canceled. The Reapers getting out of control due to an supposidely unsolvable problem with Dark Matter/Dark Energy and Black Holes made much more sense to me. This whole Organic/Synthetic/Creations rebel against Creators stuff was interesting but seemed flawed to me. Did not really convinced me
Merc was dead and you didn't have a home base anymore. The only thing to do now was try to rescue Kate, wherever that might lead you, knowing your adventure was drawing to a close. It was a sad and intense mood, and this music complemented it perfectly 👌
I just found this video, I see you reuploaded this few days ago, I watched other of your ambience actually but not this, so thank you. I am a "gamer wife". My husband made me play Human Revolution before my university choice back in like 2014-15, and later I graduated as a biologist in 2019 and as neurobiologist in 2022. Since then I am more like pushed forward psychology, or mixing the two, but human mind always fascinated me. Also I struggle with my demons, suffering from anxiety while studying for my PhD's half indicator exam meanwhile listening to this gem right now, and I can't say how much this track means to me. I love Mankind Divided more than HR, maybe, just maybe because it is way more mature, way more raw, and it is a beautiful game. Nothing since 2016 could beat this graphic DESIGN, sound design and storytelling. I doubt myself a lot, maybe regretting to starting this journey. A lot happened, I suffered a lot of ignorance, unprofessionalism and lack of financial support from my university, still earning minimal wage while my husband and I just bought our flat for credits. But I just remembered that before my very first very important exam, I listened to Human Revolution's intro music... And... I did not expected to have this feeling on an average thursday, but I am in tears realising I really wanted this. I really wanted to earn my PhD in neurobiology even if I never will use my degree. This was meant to be like this.
Always felt this music was designed to raise overlapping feelings. Conveying the sheer awesome magnitude of the Citadel, and the elevated seat of power of the council. At the same time, there's a subtle undercurrent of the sinister. Why does nobody question the keepers or investigate what they do? How the station operates? Later, you begin to wonder if a low-level form of indoctrination is keeping everyone from seeing the truth: That the Citadel is a trap.
This is one of those delightful songs that can repeat for, well, an hour and you just don't' get tired of it. A flowing melody that loops naturally, and a good rhythm for the brain to acknowledge and the body to move to. These games were and are a treasure, and it's sad that Andromeda didn't receive the same passion from its developers. The makings of another good game were there, they just didn't take it far enough. Minimum mediocrity was all that was achieved.
Musicians "So what theme should this Antagonist have"? Devs "I GOT IT"! "I'm thinking unsolvable puzzle", You think that's possible? Musicians "Hold My Beer".
Figured it out, I was looking at the video in the playlist you made. I guess RU-vid made it so that you have to be on the video itself (i.e., without "&list"...) in order to save it. Very odd.
Dude, I've heard like 9 different variations / extensions of this track and I STILL keep finding more. This is easily my favorite track out of MD and quite possibly any game period. Thank you so much for what you do. As an aside, this has been my most played track on Spotify for 4 years straight lol.
