Just read the terrible and poor reviews on Tripadvisor. People have had a real bad experience with this airline, luggage being stolen, rude staff, deny boarding even if you're on time but they deny you boarding. Staff making up the rules as they go along and not going by what is stated in the policy, and the treatment of disabled and elderly passengers is also appalling.

You cannot renew your bi before passport first you have to do passport then bi check on video there is name of building where you can renew your passport. Bi you can renew in airport...

Sad to know that such a good airline had to fly empty from London. Any other airline in Vistara's place would have cancelled the flight with some excuse. But not TATA owned Vistara....
