Screw OSHA, they are just a money grabbing institution. There has been SEVERAL times that OSHA has actually made my job more dangerous and way harder! OSHA has made jobs 10 times harder than it should be, slowing down everything. Maybe people should just pay more attention, let natural selection take it's course! Not even a joke though, these people make it harder to get my job done and get home to my family. Disband OSHA!
Lmfao. Me here chugging vodka and energy drinks because it’s all I can keep down. This is the closest I’ve come to heat STROKE. It is as , I need to note confusion is something this video left out, but I haven’t had AC in NC summer heat and it’s already lethal for me this year. If I try to drink anything else I vomit. My liver is already messed up and I’m not absorbing/digesting water properly. I just have to switch to bloody diet and caffeine free drinks…idk what I’ve said. I’m dying. It starts happening to me at 80° and when hypothermia would hit some people I am so comfy. I have known thyroid issues…this should mean I am hyper but I know myself enough to say no……..I am hypo with other underlining conditions. Standing I have had to catch myself already collapsing from the heat. But there is no escape. Go to the ER to be …. Long story that is irrelevant, but if they cool me down and hydrate me they will return me to where I am screwed.
I love you, Rachel! I'm so happy to see you all the time and get an education! I've been in love with you since the first time I saw you! I mean, obviously, I'm a fan, but...
Hello, I am Korean. "In Korea, we use chin straps for hard hats. Does this have a more positive effect than hard hats without chin straps?" It is a question of a student who loves you as a fan.
@@AllySafety "It does. The US is moving forwards helmets with straps but it ?? s taking a while to catch on." Thank you for your reply. "Hi Rachel." The beautiful Rachel! You've got a big misconception about South Korea. South Korea is a backward country in construction industry disasters. That's why I came to you to learn something from the developed world. I have participated in the construction of the far east district engineer's office in the past. And the reason American don't use chin straps in the U.S., unlike us, is because I've been told that when a falling object lands on top of a hard hat, the impact has to take the hard hat off, and if people use the chin strap, they'll take all of the impact and it's more dangerous. In Korea, the safety know-how of the construction industry is very pathetic. In addition, corruption is rampant, and many people are dying. There are many good things in Korea, but there are too many bad things. That's why I want to learn from you. PS: And I love you so much as a fan! You are so attractive and beautiful! Thank you!
There a pain in the neck. Most have never worked in the field. I work on 2 to 6 different jobs sites in a year. Most jobs sites have a safety person who gives job briefings they're the same on every job. I had one who made me watch the safety film again because she said I was to close to the TV to see it. I should have walked of the job site right than but times were rough.
Dude, you don’t have to like everyone but ragging on an entire profession when you go to very few sites and only know a few safety pros is a bit over the top.
All those eye wash stations are poorly designed. They need insulation to keep the water temperature constant. But we find Plastic made and no insulation provided for weather protection. it can only be used in a lab setting.
