Saw this video in a different you tube clip and checked the comments . One person stated the property values would be damaged badly . Also, nobody would really seriously want to move into such a neighborhood where they can't keep there own garage door closed and locked ! I know this is an old case ; i wouldn't even think of moving into an hoa controlled nightmare !
I think you're on a HOA Board. This a win for home owners and should apply to condos also. The HOA can put a lien, small claims and collection companies You know they can do all of this
It's always refreshing to meet building managers that know what there doing. Out of all the 40 year inspections we've done in South Florida you would be surpised how many are not familiar with what it takes to maintain a building.

The industry doesn't suck, it's just certain people that go into it should not be going into it. "Know thy self," goes for this industry and every other.
How do I get into this field? I am trying to start my career over and I applied for an HOA manager position from a company that said I needed no experience. I have lots of restaurant management experience and they said that would be fine. But it was not. Now I’m trying to go what I can do to get my foot in the door somehow.
From my experience this product is garbage. Poor report capability. No priority capability. No aging. Poor reminder capability if any and most importantly unit owners HATE it.
why dont people put honest reviews on Yelp and other places for these terrible contractors? That would really help condo associations from running into trouble
