It is so very beautiful!! I would love to be able to mosaic the stairs to my basement. Mosaic the part that you see as you go up the stairs. Any chance you can do a tutorial on how to go about doing it? I imagine that this technique you were teaching would be the same for the stairs?
Also is anyone taking into account the fact that this project and these new housing facilities will attract many fertile couples and with the recent closure of holy cross labor and delivery there is no near hospital that has maternity. Broward health north does not. So the nearest maternity ward is Broward general which is slammed and northwest and Broward health Coral Springs. Would they consider down the line negotiating BHN or Holy cross to open up? Great option for medical office OBGYN nearby but no nearby facility that will help the locals. Right in your project area is currently pompano beach prenatal clinic which sees (when I worked there years ago) 30-40 pregnant patients a day. I currently live in pompano but have to commute to my OBGYN private office in Coral Springs.
I see the plans for north of Atlantic but safety will be a concern if you don't clean up south of Atlantic and Dixie. How can you expect people to walk around this area with the drug crisis spilling into the streets with displaced half way home residents, panhandlers and drug dealers all along the streets n south of Atlantic and Dixie?
So true,we back in the day lived under the rules of Consequence" and if you over stepped those said rules,you paid a price for those specific things.Sorta kinda,Spare the rod,spoil the child 🤔Miss those times.
