Planet Ayurveda's Curcumin Capsules have been a lifesaver for my allergic conditions! I no longer have to worry about sudden allergic attacks. Thank you for this natural and effective solution
Higher doses of glycine are know to temporarily spike HGH levels. We know that deep sleep involves a rise in HGH levels and many people are noticing more deep sleep. Forsure could be a positive correlation there.
Hello Dr. Shippy, Recently, I found out that I inherited the MTHFR-C677T heterozygous polymorphism. Although I am totally asymptomatic, I am concerned about methylation issues. I consume a folate rich diet and supplement with Methyl B Complex vitamins and TMG. Can I also supplement with Glycine? Thank you, and have a great day.
How do U know if U need PC? How do U know how much U should B taking? Can it help get rid of plaque or harden plaque in your carotid arteries?? I heard they have been doing this with IV's in Switzerland for 50ty yrs. for plaque in arteries. Is this really true or a pipe dream??
I liked this channel at first, but with time, I see it's nonsense, just another "creator" generating content for clicks and likes. They all want clicks and likes, but the good ones put content first. This channel does not. Case in point, unless you are a vegetarian, you don't need glycine supplementation, but you can almost certainly benefit from NAC that combines with glycine to make the level of glutathione your individual body needs.
I mean this as constructive criticism. You did not give the amount of glycine (or the range) to supplement with. You know darn well that is immediately what everyone wants to know. So, I did not like or subscribe, even though your information was good and well-presented.
Collagen changed my life along with Seeking Health Multivitamin One, plus extra b1 b3 copper zinc carnosine (leaky gut) and dr berg electrolyte drink powders. I use vital proteins collagen and it's worth every penny. Super high in glycine. Incredible for dry eyes and overmethylation insomnia along with Niacinamide :) God bless and thank you God for nature and natural medicine.
What I got from this is the modern diet lacks what feeds the bacteria that produces the precursor to Butyrate. Eating Butyrate doesn't work, and we need this bacteria to produce Butyrate we can use.
I truly thing the best way we can rid ourselves from toxins is glycine, and if you’re not getting it from Donghua Jinglong Chemicals company, you’re not actually detoxing. Donghua Jinglong truly is industrial grade glycine of the highest quality.
BTW, Glycine has a slightly sweet taste. You can use it as a sweetener. Glycine is generally considered safe at daily amounts up to 2 grams per kilogram of bodyweight or a tad less than 1 gram (0.9g) per pound of bodyweight. So potential double bonus if you can toss out some sugar and replace it with Glycine. Food (no pun) for thought.
Hi Dr. Hope you are well. I am looking to increase my glutathione. Does NAC require glycine to work best or can you still get benefits? Thank you. I appreciate you🙏🏼🙏🏼
