Nicely designed, basement wide open to do with what you want and your pocket allows. However, and as much as we like, this area seems to be shutting down and people are quickly moving out. Please say “ it ain’t so”.
I did a little research on buying in this area. Specifically there are a lot of houses for sale , mostly owned by English because since Brexit , it's shitty for them to get here and stay there since they are no longer really part of the European community for now. And they are still a few numbers of empty lots available for sale, on the same spot , " Cabrera " by the same real estate developer. They suffered the 2008 surprime crisis which shook Spain as much as the USA, not everyone knows that, then they ate the 2013 crisis & then after more , the covid 19 , so it was never completely sold . So... There is water , and no problem for suply... In this area you paid a forfeture for the water suply , but after you can throw whatever you want by X gallons of water everywhere on your pool ,garden & house. It's like that in lot of part of spain, you don't paid the gallon or liter you paid a forfeture for water supply... Ok it's very idiot in a so desertic country... But this is an arrangement between agrofood & Spanish government that profit to all spaniars, like that they don't pay for the billions of liters that they pump illegally to watering their "panadero" which are visible from space... Look at Google map and Andalusia, look for the big white spot and zoom in, you will get scared.
Not sure how to say a big no. Reasons? Dining room? Winter is winter so please dont say Al Fresco. Bedrooms to small 12 by 11 minimum. For every 100sq meter of property ill pay equivalent. This unfortunately is compromised. €289 would be my bid. Even the basement only had two light fixtures. No thought for my pool table No thought for my winter kitchien. Basically no thought

The artificial grass needs to be ripped up! It is hideous. Otherwise, this is a nice property. If all fees and taxes were included in the price it would be a great deal.
