@grannym2880 to be honest with you, I just turned 40, and last year is the first time I ever used some!!!! It's quite an interesting tool I have to say... but SOOOOOO satisfying!!! Especially on smooth rocks... wood... and little things on glass... I am trying to explore what can be done!!! But just to let yoy know... it's totally worth trying them out one day!! ❤️❤️❤️
@LiveArtsyVibes I'm 61 and although I've been a crafter of all sorts almost all my life, I could never master 'art'. I discovered zentangling, doodling and simple water colour drawing & painting a couple of years back and feel like a whole new world opened up. That's why I love your channel so much. You show do-able little projects and explain the process which really makes the difference and I can't thank you enough. 😊

Love this method. Very effective. Might actually try it in my colouring books. Would certainly take away a lot of the stress of trying to fill the whole page with colour. Thank you. 💙
Yesssss totally!!! Is quite effective - also - if yoy have designs which are not too detailed yoy can thicken the initial line by 3x or 5x then follow on with the colours, like the cactus tutorial from a little while ago!!

I think it's amazing, but you know that. If you don't color it in, how will you know what it looks like? Or do you just imagine that? I'm trying, but . . . maybe I can, just a little. 💕💕💕
Hey Nancy! I wanted to leave this one to people's imagination before I do a part 2 colour version - different mwthids of colour applications will give a different effect. If you colour every second strip 1 colour and do this for the whole thing, it will have a different effect to chosing 4 or 5 colours and applying it in a gradient order in each diamond etc
@@LiveArtsyVibesupdate: I tried this on a rather large scale (big mistake lol). Didn't end up looking too much like steps but I added 1 colour each for each 'direction' the steps were going and with a little bit of shading at the 'top' of the steps, I managed to at least achieve a 3D look. Turned out pretty amazing in the end. I was really happy with my effort. I love this channel so much! 💜
It's just impossible. None of this ever occurs to me. What makes you think of things like this? Ugh. I'm creative. I crochet many things, I can knit, I'm an accomplished home cook, but this stuff just escapes me. It all fascinates me. I have NO ideas. Again, I am blown away. I draw like a 2-year-old!
