good morning! ı just want to wonder that my patient has cp and 8 months old; have a hypertonicity especially in extension way. Is it right to let the family give up the walker because he is in a standing position?

My son is 11 months old he is army crawling very well but struggles to sit up. He flails back constantly . We’re trying to reinforce movements like you’ve mentioned in this video but im still concerned. He does struggle with stomach issues and silent reflux. We noticed he does a lot better without a diaper on almost like the pressure from the diaper hurts him while sitting and we also noticed if you put weight on his legs while sitting he does a lot Better any advice? Should I call early Intervention
Has anyone ever fixed a janky crawl like this? My LO's been doing it for 2 months now and I've only just realised its a problem. She's already pulling up to stand - I fear she'll be walking/cruising before I can fix it
Hey 😊 I was wondering whether you could do a video (or point me in the direction of any existing ones) on any kind of exercises for little ones with hypertonia for their arms? My baby is four months old, and not able to reach up to toys. Arms remain bent. We think there is a neurological issue following birth trauma. Thank you so much for your content, I've watched all the ones about muscle tone I can find
Thanks for posting... my baby is 3.5 months and has torticollis. Ive been doing stretches for him given by a physiotherapist but it seems to be a very long journey to strengthening the neck muscles... its exhausting. I really hope it gets better. I just bought a ball to try and do some exercises with him and to also help with tummy time. Thank you for your video. ❤
Have you had cases of torticollis with plagiocephaly and associated facial asymmetry? We have been doing physiotherapy since she was 1 and a half months old, now she is 5 months old. I worry if the facial asymmetry will disappear with growth. Do you have experience with this?
Have you heard of high tone in just the hips or thighs? My boys tighten up when I try to seat them and occasionally when I try to move their legs. They're 6 months
Thanks for the video. My daughter scoots around with one leg and it’s always the same side. I’m going to try this. But my question is it normal or should I be concerned? She just started crawling like this.
My daughter is 5.5 months old and still sometimes forgets to tuck her arm under herself before initiating the roll. Any tips to help her remember? Is his normal?
