If you don't add oil to the pasta water (it makes the sauce slide off the pasta) and keep some of that water to mix into the pasta + sauce, you'll get a really creamy sauce that doesn't even need cream! Beautifully shot video ☺
I don’t mean to be a hater bro, but you undercooked the bacon, overcooked the garlic, didn’t retain any of your pasta water, and simmered for no reason, which caused your pasta to turn gloopy. This is not a good how to vid.
Thank you for your feedback. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180degrees and then grill for 5 minutes at 200degrees (keeping a close eye, that the cheese doesn’t burn) 👍
