So he has to create groups in the same interests to fight each other; didn't u see how he told Joyce Nabbosa to take him the....ABATAKKA, then he told RDC Mayiga to come out and say that for him he didn't know when they were going to meet M7! Yet Joyce doesn't work at Mengo but both are serving m7's interests. So who was fooling who?! Second, during Besigye's fake hegemony in the opposition, it's the dictator who was secretly using Besigye to fool the world that there is opposition in Uganda! At the same time, the dictator was always using Abed Bwanika to keep attacking Besigye in public, yet both were outside acting as opposition parties! But secretly serving M7. Why don’t you then interest the speaker and or the president to constitute a commission of inquiry to investigate those legitimate issues which you rightly call unconscionable. The internal rules and procedures of Parliament may not necessarily augur well with the conclusions you expect. Parliament and its member have put the country in a very unprecedented conundrum which legitimately posses the question who polices the legislators. My suggestion is that the power of the citizens to recall an MP should be simplified so that errant MPs can be stripped of what appears to be u fettered powers to bleed national resources.

You've said that that you've been petitioning for a a referral hospital and the reconstruction of karuma dam since the 7th parliament but in vain. Was NUP in opposition in the 7th parliament? You had the late Jocob Olanya for 2 terms as deputy speaker, why didn't he petition for your issues, eeehhhh? Northern Uganda Hon MPs should wake-up and not involve themselves in a fight which is not theirs. Senyonyi is not the president. Not all Baganda earns 8m per day. You are just being used to fight Lop. Non of the other regions are complaining, Is the regions only Northern Uganda and Buganda? Hon MPs looks like they are fighting personal wars .
