Our catering team was charging $10 including tax per takeaway! Feel free to reach out to us if you would like us to help or provide ideas on how you could plan out an event like this. This drive-through pig roast was a huge hit, in fact, our team still holds them in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario every Summer! www.pigoutroasters.com/contact

We have found that 2 rpm is the perfect rate to produce crispy skin. It is fast enough to prevent burning but slow enough to produce perfect crackling. The speed is not adjustable and that is by design. With less moving parts we can increase the reliability of the motor while also guaranteeing cook times of different proteins.
Nope! Whether you use Propane or Natural gas it will NOT alter the taste in any way. However we do offer a smoke box so that you can infuse the meat with your choice of smoke.
Hey that's a good idea! You could probably get a higher concentration of herbs/spices on the birds that way too. These roasts in the video took between 1-1.5 hours to cook the whole batch 😁
@@gerardconsidinejr.2802 I am happy to inform you that no, the pandemic didn't get the best of us! Things did slow down but we were able to persevere. In the future, if you are ever interested in owning one of our machines please feel to reach out and we will set you up! www.pigoutroasters.com/contact
Hi Yapaul! Great question, you certainly could. You would need the Propane Roaster this basket attaches to but you wouldn't have any problem roasting duck.
We beg to differ Daniel, as do our thousands of owners who use our units for both commercial and personal use. We would be happy to provide you with more information if you like. Shoot us a message at www.pigoutroasters.com/contact, and we can discuss why our units are perfect for catering and the food-service industry.
Hi White Noise! We apologize for the delay in response but we are certainly not closed down! Our past content creator sadly left the team and took the password to our account with him, that said we are back on RU-vid. Check out some of our newer videos! @@acrossroads93 Buying quality craftsmanship isn't ridiculous, purchasing something that you will need to replace every 2-3 years is ridiculous. This is also our first edition of the Ultimate Charcoal Rotisserie, it has come a long way since! :D
We designed Wind Guards for the Firebox for this exact reason! They also redirect the radiant heat back to the roast which helps create a better crackling and speeds up cook times! :D
