I got a lot of tips for you to grow First of all, height is kind of determined by genetic but there is certain factor that CAN unlock your "tall" genes You need insulin but low insulin at night, eat before 3 hours of sleeping, does that. And also lowering carbs in diet also can help due to less insulin spikes (only eat less carbs at night) If you're lucky, your parents might be malnourished due to a poor diet around the time when your parents are still in their childhood. If you're malnourished, then you can get some multivitamin and mineral supplements but hey please at least eat some food instead of supplementing yourself. Important nutrient for pubertal growth spurt: Amino acids (found in proteins), vitamin k (like veggies), vitamin d (you can get it from sun exposure), calcium (milk lol), vitamin a (carrots I think, also good for eyes health), manganese (clam) and iodine (any seafood) Also exercise, DO IT BEFORE BED IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO BECAUSE EXERCISING BEFORE BED AND INCREASE GH PRODUCTION AND TRIGGERS DELTA WAVE SLEEP (DEEP WAVE SLEEP), WHICH ARE TYPE OF SLEEPS THAT RELEASE GROWTH HORMONE INTO YOUR BODY (slow wave sleep is also known as non rapid eye movement sleep, non rem sleep) Like I said, sleeping and exercising would help.
