I had Quadruple bypass last week and I have a warning for all who are preparing for it: No matter how many videos you watch or how many people you talk to, NOTHING can prepare you for what is about to happen! BUT on a positive note, beginning of recovery happens fast and remember that modern medicine is incredible and the hospital staff are amazing and caring! Good luck.
Very good video, Never knew that was there, If I had to do that to mine, I would bolt a outlet box to the bike, sideways at the attachment point, for the module, and then bolt the module to the box, at least two inches higher up.👍🇺🇸
Merci beaucoup pour votre vidéo! Petit conseil! Ne jamais couper les deux fils de la batterie en même temps 😉. Ça risquerait d'endommager la batterie. Bonne journée et merci encore!
Biggest lesson I learned from Sena is to NOT throw your Sena on a charger and go to bed. You should charge it and check on it to immediately unplug it when it's charged fully. This will prolong battery life. Great video, thanks.
Did anyone find any other headphones that will work/fit for this upgrade? Panasonics are sold out/not available now so need another option. What ohms are the senas?
Thanks for the great video, I replaced the battery on my hubby's sena in 5 minutes thanks to watching. He's gone through 3 sena's and looks like I need to; #1. replace the other 2 batteries, #2 teach him about leaving them on the charger all the time. Read through all the comments and learned a lot! Thanks to all!!
All I have to say is he laying his in I hope you get better with your feet ankles hip everything... So you can see the stuff next to Mike have Mike sit in the truck lol talk to you guys later cool video
Wow. I left the last comment a few weeks ago and a second Sena died on me. 2 for 2 on the fix and I have a third I think I’ll proactively repair given the first two died at the same time (about 5 years old). Thanks much for this tutorial!
Yes I’ve replaced several myself since that video , it seems that if they charge too much or not enough…. They die. I wish somebody could invent a charger that comes on and charges for a set period of time that the owner could set, say an hour a day or two hours a day, every day!
Just finished up, had a third Sena when wife forgot to bring hers on a trip and bough on the road, then didn't really use it at all for 3 years and it died from lack of charging, apparently. I did find a 750mah wattage that had the correct plug on it so that made it so much easier for this inexperienced solder guy. Thanks so much for publishing this terrific how-to!
Mike - Thank you for this excellent video. Your delivery is perfect and confidence inspiring. My SENA 20S is not functioning at all...no lights red, blue or otherwise. Now, thanks to your fine example, I will order and change mine as well. Thanks for the lesson!
I have an 02 Ultra, the turn signals started with not cancelling after turns, then no start after riding a while, found to be my TSSM, Turn Signal Security Module. Glad you're fixed.
Great vid! Used your vid last year to replace battery, then this year after it died again and a replacement didn't work, I pulled out the circuit board and discovered another tiny bloated battery underneath it. Are you having any issues with yours again?
@@mikegreene163 I would place some building insulation in there to stop the heat transfer at the very least. Doesn't burn, and will lower the temperature inside that area a great deal.
pretty much same play for the 20s Evo - Replacement battery on Amazon - www.amazon.com/Battery-Motorcycle-Bluetooth-Headset-intercom/dp/B084CVKV8H/ref=pd_lpo_23_t_1/143-7772917-1516712?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B084CVKV8H&pd_rd_r=82fa641a-fa9b-4228-baaa-c753aa09b859&pd_rd_w=gWFYv&pd_rd_wg=DU9Id&pf_rd_p=7b36d496-f366-4631-94d3-61b87b52511b&pf_rd_r=QHW8VFMV8ESFS495B0ZA&psc=1&refRID=QHW8VFMV8ESFS495B0ZA
want to add that the EVO 20 is a bit different as the battery is under the board and the contact bar has to be pried off before removing the whole board....just did mine and all is good....be gentle tho....Thanks again Mike!!!
Pastor, Mike Glad to know that you're doing well after that surgery,!!great advice about anger !! I wonder if your bp was high before the surgery, or was it a result of the surgery!? . Thank you!!Best regards to you and your family!!.🌹👍
Thank you for such an informative easy to follow step by step video to replace the battery in my Sena 20s. Infact, once I easily replaced the battery in my 20s I purchased a battery for my old 10s in my other helmet and replaced it to.
