Thanks for the video! Just rebuilt my N55 head in my garage. Did you get a new head or did you rework the old one? How did you clean up the intake cam bearings, since only half can be replaced (the caps). The other half would need line boring. How do people restore heads or do they just get a new or low-miles-new??? Thanks!
Have an amg gt 63s and i am looking at doing the same thing but want to know is there any Side effect with doing a stage 2 or is stage 1 better as i am looking for the loud sounds and pops as well
Actually you need some balls to work on car like this specially with that M177 engine and without xentry diag and Wis You did well brother Congratulations
Would love to see you race one of your tuned cars on Car Wow would be a great calab for you and boost your viewers to. They race tuned cars now and you deserve to be on that channel.
Dyno should be installed far away from working area with good ventilantion and wind supply.... imagine anything like a screw or small metal piece falls inside or gets ejected in a pull.... in my opinion it is a risk bro
There are many many dynos installed like ours we don’t work in a way where there’s loose material laying around the floor it’s not our policy, the exit is right behind the dyno so enough ventilation. Loads of shops place their dynos right at the exit
Yes read other comment which answers this question, in short it’s oil in the exhaust system from the previous turbo which failed. The smoke cleared out after 20 miles
When it comes to dynos every one of them reads different, its more of a tuning tool rather than a measuring tool so really its each to their own, Dynojet is used by the biggest shops around the word so I put my trust in that, mustang dynos are great too 👍🏽
