@@aK--2604 yeah I’ve never really had luck with that. I just replace when it’s too dirty. (Mine eventually got a hole. Must have caught something like a rock, as the leg opened unfortunately.)
@@daovietpro love this lol. Not showing my face often wasn’t really a concern I have had. You can see me in a few videos. Yet I have seen this comment before. Never really thought too much about it… lol Thanks for the fun comment.
you love your Honda 500 rebel me too ! 9 min condensed video infography explains ... pump ... hold ... release ... pump ... hold ... release ... you make the video in winter :) for you subscribers ... thanks !
thanks from France ! Merci ! Love the way you produce video ... little music ... how you explain and the last seconds you show how to keep coolant liquid level between MIN and MAX ... love your channel susbcribe ! im your new fan !
Buddy, do you have experience with a rebel 1100 better front forks adjustment??. I personally turn clock wide, a complete spin turn , but I don't see any improvement. Actually it feels more bumpy.. so i turn back half spin , now it looks a little better but these bikes have too soft front suspension. Do you have Any idea how to fix it. Like oil change or any upgrade.
@@gerardoantonio9001 I do, I will eventually make a video on this. Yet in the meantime you can follow/watch a few friends channels (I’ll link their specific videos on this) On the Rebel 11 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_UJzz9FGOi4.htmlsi=iyYssF4GuJa-1QYh Quasimotard ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-K8x_judlkA8.htmlsi=NyxT0iF4DPHwpq5p
Thank you Slight for this video! I installed new sprockets and chain and the rivet master link with your visual assistance last week. I took my time with it, was willing to learn by doing. You gave me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone and dial in my mechanical skills even more. I do this for fun/saving money. Doing this for a profession would drive me crazy.
Thank you Slight! Last week I installed a new chain guard and the clip and two new allen bolts. Believe it or not, I managed to start the allen bolt in the back just by feel with my fingers. I must have gifted hands or surgeon's hands.
I do worry that these can put added stress on the motor mounts but I still totally want a set. I’m putting on a 12 bar/sub cage first, new rear sets, and possibly this kit…
@@SLIGHT_ it does seem well engineered. Better than other ones I have seen. I will look closer at each one and decide from there when my budget allows for it.
Awesome tutorial. Quick and easy installation. I threw in a K&N in there and called it a day. Original factory filter was atrocious. Thank you for the insight!!
Philippines! Nice! Thank you! The kit is from zero designs, it’s called the gauge relocation yet I believe they’re now on back order… unless they canceled it. It would be a shame if they did that. (Link is in the description)
@@JonathanBailon unfortunately I have yet to find one. Even the burly brand wouldn’t work. I’ll keep looking as this is a common question I’ve been getting.
Thanks for the video. Great and hyper blink fixed. Getting the relay out wasnt easy though. Not sure if it was my fingers or the small space. But im happy i watched this cause hyperblink gone. Thank you.
The wobble is the tire pressure. I have the same bike with same problem.. I. new rider.. After hearing about the wobble fro. fhese u tubers I brought to the Honda dealer for the oil change and bitched about the wobble over 80 mph. Asked if I checked the tire pressure I said feels fine which you can do on a car. He laughed and said not on a motorcycle.. He checkes my complaint out and filled the tires to 40 psi. Wobble gone at 100 mph...
I appreciate your posts on this. Awareness is key. Yet OEM specs are 33psi (cold) bumping to 40psi cold can cause many other issues. These include but are not limited to, poor handling, reduced grip in turning and stopping. This also increases the risk of damage to the tires like cuts, punctures or damage to the rim from sudden impacts etc. That said, from 33 to 40 isn’t as bad as if you put 50-60psi in… yet these are still issues. The over inflation to the tire is a band aid solution and is not a “fix” I would recommend. Hope this helps. Again thank you for your response. Inflation is a great input. One that should not be ignored.
I got one of these... Make sure tire pressure is good. Front will start wobble over 80mph. Not a tall dude, so this bike it perfect.. Both feet flat when standing up... Sport mode all the time and I only use the paddles, which are awesome... Helps two things off the line fast, and the kink in my leg dont have to worry about that. No clutch...
@@SHi-l5z tire pressures were fine. This is a common issue with this bike. Issue has been corrected with suspension adjustments, also different tires. I appreciate your input. Tire pressure is an excellent point and should always be checked first. Thank you.
When I end up doing this, absolutely I’ll record this. In the meantime, please watch Gus’s video on this. He has some great content on the Rebel 1100. Don’t forget to like and subscribe to his channel! ;) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_UJzz9FGOi4.htmlsi=EryoBfQYPldzj4gt
The hose in the video is off my bleeder unit. (Snap on) yet I have a video coming out over winter in the motion pro bleeder hose. 08-0482. I would go with that kit.
@@therideofalifetime passenger pegs? those are stock ;) Dude it sounds so much better than the intro. IMO. The intro is my 500. This thing is so nice with the Yoshimura
