Hi Dear, I saw your RU-vid channel video and understood that Very nice video. You have 1.83K subscribers but videos are not more watched and subscribers because your video is not SEO. I have analyzed and realized that your RU-vid channel is not progressing and improving. It is responsible for: 1. Channel videos are not properly SEO 2. Videos are not reaching the people 2. There is no rank tag in the Video 3. Video SEO score is 22.8 out of 100 but SEO score should be 90+ to rank video 5. Channels tags & video tag are not good quality and other technical problems Do you want all the problems solved? I can help you.
Hi Mike, I’m with Merck and you did a training for us. Outlook now has changed and I can’t seem to get the larger icons in Outlook, a tip which I loved and used from your training. Now with this update, I can’t seem to change it. Any tips?
Mike. It seems like these Zips only work when you're using the desktop apps of Teams and Outlook. I couldn't make it work in the online apps....but I also work for the government, so they may have some additional restrictions on our systems. Also, when I dragged the meeting invite over I only got a message....but not the time and date of the meeting.
I had the same - but when you click on the three dots, download it, and then click on your downloads folder for the invite - then it opens. All of the items that you drag and drop, you need to do this in order to see the actual format of each. At least, that is what I had to do. Otherwise, each just opens as "text".
I was relatively new to windows 10 when I started working from home 1 year ago, my file explorer is a mess, I can't find anything. Part of the reason being, initially my one drive was activated and I had my IT department to deactivate it, so now I don't have that problem, I want to reorganize my file explorer, I was going to use the "libraries" section , but when I accessed it, it has what looks like all my downloads. I thought if I create my basic Folders (about 4 folders total) here in Libraries and drag the existing folders in the applicable folders that would help me to find what I need. But how do I keep the download documents from saving in the "libraries" section? HELP!
Often new clients just haven’t slowed down enough to consider how much time they waste mouse-fishing for most often used folders, instead of using numbers to place their priority folders on top. I’ve experimented plenty, but COTA folder structure is still my #1 go-to method for organizing digital documents.
Can't delegate. Can't find a way to escape that particular task. Gotta do it and gotta do it well in the first time. Every task I'm procrastinating have something in common. It's lengthy and involves a lot of departments and each department with groups of people. It's like a huge elephant that is hard to break into pieces and see progress. For every email, I get 3 back with more problems 😆 anyway... I closed my eyes and visualized that difficult task and it's overwhelming. No wonder I keep on postponing it.
Melissa, you have provided a real world view of the world of work! Thank you. I can relate. Creating these videos requires so many steps that I often want to procrastinate on them! But the part that helps me, is that I am building "set pieces" and practicing, outsourcing, and automating difficult parts. A few examples, I now use Grammarly to quickly edit the words, I have 2 other people review the video for flaws, and I have a team follow up on people interested in training. In your case, I might suggest looking at some of the advanced features in Office 365, if you are on that platform. Sharing documents can reduce the email, working in Teams can accelerate the communication while also providing a concrete place to store the documents. Office 365 also has mobile apps that allow me to do work when I don't have my PC. Finally, if there are common aspects to your work, consider creating templates with Quick Parts or other template builders....to save a little time, each time. I thank you again for your honest reply...hope some of these ideas help.
Hi, I found software associated with this product and shared it with you. "Shutter Split Screen" software helps you split the screen and improve your operation quickly. I hope this is helpful.
I noticed that the Outlook App stopped holding the formatting and stripped out the spaces. You can still use the Native Email app which holds the formatting.
