Good news about having your company reigstered and obtaining your UTR. In regards to your next move, this is really down to you and your business plan / model. You can begin to start to look at trading, this would involve a website, professional email and use of some marketing in some instances.
If you havent yet reached the threshold and you are not forecasted to go over the current VAT thereshold, then there is no legal requirement to register for VAT.

Any debts in the company will be owed by the Company not an officer, this comes under the "limited liability" protection offered by a company. The officers of a company will be responsible for the running of the company.

You will be required to file "dormant accounts" each year if the company is not active, failure to do so will ultimately result in the company being "struck" off the register. If the company is dormant and hasn't been trading, there will be no taxes due.
What if a shareholder owns 1/3 of the shares in a private company but otherwise has nothing to do with it? Will they receive a third of the profit if the company was liquidated?
This would depend on the particulars assigned to the shares. If we assume there is only one share class, then the shareholder with 1/3 would receive 1/3 of the profit.

Hi? Is there any way or a service where a non-resident company owner won't practically be regarded as NETP. I mean a company with correspondence address where there is an authorized legal representative. This could be an accountant most probably. As far as i know, in order a company owner to be VAT exempted on Amazon (80 k threshold) , he/she must be UK resident or the company must physically be established in the UK rather than a virtual address. Please correct me, if i may be wrong.

We need proof of address showing where you are currently living, so this would normally be a bank statement or utility bill with your full name and full address.
Good question. It is a legal requirement to verify that you live at the address and this would be through an official document with your name, address and dated within 3 months. There are always options for opening a bank account as a non-resident. If you haven't already, you should start to short list some you may like to work with. Banks such as HSBC, Wise and even Barclays have options. It is important to understand each bank will have different acceptance policies, so it may require some shopping around until you find one that is suited to your specific requirements.

So our formation packages are a once off fee. However, if you have a virtual address in a package this can renew yearly, you do not have to renew and can just change address before renewal. You will be notified via email on all your options well before renewal (if you have a virtual address for example).
