Just looking to help others discover obscure music, not looking for monetisation. I will upload (mostly) score videos from various composers from various countries and eras, in addition to a few non-score non-music videos here and there. What you should expect to see from this channel: - Score videos of relatively obscure composers - Not as often, but score videos of more mainstream composers (if the specific piece lacks a score video) - Videos of music alone, particularly which is not available on RU-vid - Score videos of music from popular franchises (as of recently) such as video games, televisions shows and movies - Not too often, but I may do score videos of music from other genres (such as jazz) - Score videos, whether classical or non-classical, made at the request of the piece’s composer
Note: I’m very likely to go in and out of activity rather sporadically, so expect that.
Me gusta pero suena un poquito rápido, pero igual muy buena realización si se tomara un poquito mas su tiempo fuera un poquito mas lento seria una obra maestra
Very nice performance, with spirit and joy! To my opinion it's regrettable that the harmonium doesn't play as dynamic as it could, although it's also possible that it's the technician's interpretation. The strings are excellent though!
The harmonium stirs rustic images, I'm in 19th century rural Czech countryside labouring behind a farm oxen drawn wagon on the way to market in the most beautiful rustic setting imaginable That's where I like to be! anyone care to join me?😀
so sad about the extra bars in number 37 are not in the score... I'm curious about the history of this piece but also so sad that I can't find any information online 😢
An excellent toccata. However, I think that the musical ideas are not at all developed. Marco den Toom performs this toccata using the undeveloped musical material completing it, to great effect. Playing just the notes on the page of the Callaerts Toccata is insufficient for a good performance.
He always thinks outside the box, and never follows trends; he defines music on his own terms, outside of industry and blind, brainwashed, public demand. And because of this, he will always be, Dvorjac
