Purchased it ... good product ... only problem it says connected but no internet when working with mobile data and JioFi ... had to return it ... they should say at the outset that broadband is essential ...
@@BMSNVlog I wanted to buy it from Hathway directly but since my apartments are serviced by a local distributor I had to get it from them and they expected a higher price ... no worries ... 2.So since I got it not directly from Hathway for any technical issues they cant help and it has to be routed through the local distributor ... fair enough ... 3.Local distributor says there is no problem with the device the data must be exhausted which was not the case as I had just added a 30gb addon pack to ensure it wasnt for lack of data ... but the problem persisted ... 4.So if it wont work on JioFi or mobile data we should have been infd ... 5.I tried the other option of getting it complimentary with a 3 month broadband connection but was told there was no stock of the device ... 6.Maybe the device is faulty but they want to say that broadband is essential ... 7.Tried forget network and restart it did not work ... 8.From day one there was the issue ... the distributor took it back and said he had rectified it ... then it worked fine for 2 days ... and suddenly it stopped again ... I dont know now whether the device is faulty ... or it can be tapped from the distributors control option ... or it genuinely does not work on mobile data / Jiofi ...

@@BMSNVlog to make my TV smart ... firestick is an option but I thought I could get a two in one since I already have a Hathway cable connection ... I spoke with the customer care and if its feasible I will get a call back ... since my apts dont fall in Hathway primary ...
